We requested that a representative from RUSSEL’s PEST CONTROL assess our condo to determine if there were mice in the attic of our condo. Mr. Mark Peck arrived today (10min.early). He first talked with us to determine our findings, requests and potential needs. He wore booties on his shoes (unrequested by us but appreciated) each time he entered our condo. He performed an extremely thorough assessment/investigation of the interior (including the attic) and exterior of our condo. Mr. Peck is extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, kind and caring. When we decided to contract with Russels, Mr. Peck explained all aspects of the contract and services to be provided. He then ferreted with questions to be certain no unanswered questions were left. We thank Russels Pest Control for sending such a wonderful employee to assess our needs and to educate us in our pest control.

They seen to have trouble keeping technicians that provide monthly service

We enjoy the peace of mind from the year-around service agreement. They're always responsive when we have any sightings of pests in between regularly scheduled treatments.

Technicians called in advance and would very friendly while at our home. They used their time wisely and discussed with my husband the findings of their inspection.

I've been using them for 5 years now. They are always courteous, on time and very professional. I have not had any issues with pests or bugs. Anything that makes it into my garage only makes it a few feet. I have never had anything in the house. I would highly recommend their services!

For 33 dollars a month I would appreciate them actually showing up at the door to see how things are. The only time they come is when we call. I do appreciate that.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS WERE TIMELY AND DONE IN A REASONABLE TIME.

My parents have a termite system that gives once per year service. The scheduling is frustrating. My Mother (elderly) schedules appointments for that and they repeatedly contact her to move up the date. She schedules based on her very full medical calendar and picks dates that are good for her. They don't seem interested in what is convenient for my parents but only what is convenient for them. They're pushy with her and she doesn't like it. They also call my father to try and get the dates they want, and go around her. It's frustrating to me as I'm trying to look out for them. If it was up to me, I'd go with Cooks. This happens every single year and I'm tired of it.

When I had my Russell's service, it was a very difficult circumstance as my husband had been admitted to the hospital for open heart surgery. They worked with me to get everything handled well before he got to come home. Cody Miller is an amazing guy. He's smart and he listened and answered all of my questions. Thanks so much!
