John Fletcher was courteous and very thorough in treating the pool area and around the house. He repeated some tasks to make sure everything was in best shape.

A few days ago ,a young man named Billy was at one of my neighbors here in Sevierville, I stopped him on the road. Asked him several questions about termites, that young man was very informative and acknowledgeable of his work with pest removal. I believe I will be calling this coming week to get service done at my mother's house.

Jim and Aaron were courteous and thorough. Checked all the baits, replaced baits as needed. Checked basement thoroughly as well, crawling under steps and such.

Jim was on time and very courteous and professional. I would easily recommend him.

Russell's service is the best. The man they sent, Jim, knew just what to look for and explained what he was doing at every step. He is 100% professional and knowledgeable. Our house is pest-free thanks to Russell's and their experts like Jim.

The man took his time, check all areas closely. I watched him most of the way thru. the inspection. He was very, very thorough.
